Once you have connected Localith to Claude (see [Claude MCP Connector](/docs/integrations/claude-mcp-setup/)), you can start querying your Google Business Profile data directly inside Claude conversations.

This guide walks through practical use cases and example prompts to help you get the most from the integration.

## Pull location data

Ask Claude to list your connected locations and surface key details like address, phone, rating, and verification status.

**Try these prompts:**

- "Show me all my connected GBP locations and their average ratings."
- "Which of my locations has the most reviews?"
- "List any locations that are suspended or unverified."
- "What is the address and phone number for my downtown location?"

## Monitor reviews

Use Claude to scan reviews across all your locations without opening the Localith dashboard.

**Try these prompts:**

- "What are the latest 1 and 2-star reviews across all my locations?"
- "Show me reviews from the past 7 days for my New York location."
- "Which location received the most negative reviews this month?"
- "Find reviews that mention 'wait time' or 'slow service'."

## Analyze performance metrics

Claude can pull impressions, clicks, calls, direction requests, and other engagement metrics for any time period.

**Try these prompts:**

- "How many website clicks and call clicks did my locations get last month?"
- "Compare search views between my top 5 locations over the past 90 days."
- "Which location has the highest direction request rate?"
- "Show me a performance summary for all locations in March 2026."

## Track review response rates

Check how well your team is keeping up with review replies across locations.

**Try these prompts:**

- "Which of my locations has the lowest review response rate this quarter?"
- "How many reviews are still unanswered across all locations?"
- "What is the average response time for reviews at my Chicago location?"

## Generate reports

Ask Claude to compile data into structured summaries you can share with stakeholders or clients.

**Try these prompts:**

- "Generate a reputation summary report for all my locations for March 2026."
- "Create a comparison table of my top 10 locations by review volume and average rating."
- "Summarize my review trends over the past 90 days with key takeaways."
- "Build a monthly performance snapshot I can send to my regional managers."

## Tips for better results

- **Be specific about time ranges.** "Last month" works, but "March 1-31, 2026" gives more precise results.
- **Name locations when possible.** "My Austin location" is clearer than "one of my locations."
- **Ask follow-up questions.** Claude keeps context within the conversation, so you can drill into details after an initial query.
- **Request formats.** Ask for tables, bullet points, or summaries depending on how you want to use the output.

## Limitations

The Localith Claude connector is read-only. Claude can pull data and generate analysis, but it cannot:

- Reply to reviews
- Update listing information
- Publish posts
- Change account settings
